About These Terms

These terms apply to your use of the Jungle Gym Martial Arts website (junglegymbronx.com) and any free trial, class, or membership you sign up for through this site. By using the site or signing up for a program, you agree to these terms.

Free Trial

Our Free Power Week Trial is a one-week free trial offered to new visitors. You agree to show up, train safely, and follow the instructions of our coaches. There is no obligation to continue after the trial. There is no credit card required to start the trial.

Memberships and Programs

If you choose to continue after your trial, you will sign a separate membership agreement that covers pricing, billing, cancellation, and program-specific rules. That separate agreement governs your membership relationship with us. These website terms do not replace that agreement.

Safety and Assumption of Risk

Martial arts training involves physical contact and the inherent risk of injury. By participating in any class or program at Jungle Gym Martial Arts, you acknowledge this risk. Before participating, you will sign our standard waiver and liability release. Children under 18 must have a parent or legal guardian sign on their behalf.

Use of This Website

You agree to use this website lawfully. You agree not to attempt to interfere with the site, scrape it, attack it, or use it to send unsolicited communications to anyone. We may suspend or block access to anyone who misuses the site.

Content and Images

All text, photos, videos, logos, and other content on this site are the property of Jungle Gym Martial Arts unless otherwise noted. You may not copy or republish any of it without our written permission.

Third-Party Links

Some pages on this site link out to other websites (Instagram, Facebook, Google Maps, and others). We are not responsible for the content or practices of those sites. Their own terms apply when you visit them.

No Warranty

We provide this site "as is." We do our best to keep it accurate and online, but we do not guarantee it will be available at all times or free from errors.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jungle Gym Martial Arts is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site. For physical training, the separate membership agreement and waiver govern liability.
